Pieces of fresh fish & shellfish with dill, sweet pepper, onions, garlic & potato

Served with a blue cheese & butter sauce

Gently cooked with orange, carrot & rosemary, topped with shortcrust pastry

Served with lightly garliced mashed potato & red onion gravy
