Terms & conditions
Car parking charges apply in the public car park located behind the hotel between the hours of 7am and 6pm.
We reserve the right to make reasonable charges for any damage caused to our property.
A credit card number is required at the time of booking. No deposit is taken from the card and full payment is required on departure by credit card, debit card or cash.
Should you need to cancel your reservation for any reason no charges will be made, providing you cancel the reservation by 12 noon the day prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation outside of our cancellation period you shall be charged in full for the first night’s accommodation.
In the event of no-show you shall be charged the full cost of your reservation.
No charge will be made for cancellations resulting in a reduction in numbers providing we are notified at least 1 week in advance of the event.
Should you cancel the entire event a charge will be made based on any cost that we have already incurred in relation to the wedding.
A deposit is taken at the time of booking. The deposit value varies dependant on the total cost of the event but will be an amount charged per person. This deposit is non-refundable.
Music Nights & Special Events
Music nights and certain events, for example Christmas Day, do require a deposit. The deposit is payable upon booking and the value will vary dependent upon the type of event.
In the event that you later discover that you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event starting wherever possible. If we are able to re-sell your seats your deposit will be refunded in full.
Private Functions/Group Meals
A pre-order is required no later than 3 days prior to any function or group meal for 10 or more people.
