It was back in 1989 when Robert Eggleston having thankfully given up a career working for multi-national companies, bought the dilapidated 18th century coaching inn and started on the long road to restoring and transforming the buildings into the establishment that it is today.
To celebrate the 18th anniversary of The Greyhound, Robert threw a party! Friends, business associates and hotel guests all joined Robert and Charlotte on June 18th to celebrate and enjoy an evening of good food and entertainment with a BBQ in the Courtyard, outside and inside bars and music on the Courtyard terrace. Proceeds from ticket sales were donated to Lutterworth Rotary with a total of £1,200 being raised to support local charities.
